Acid Etching
This technique provides a deep, rich, velvety look and a soft, silky feel to the pristine surface of the glass. The result of this process is very subtle, yet extremely elegant.
Ink Transfer
Ink transfer decoration is a new and unique process.. With this process you have the flexibility to incorporate up to six colors in your container design. Ink transfer creates an appearance similar to applied ceramic labeling (ACL). It can be applied to flint, frosted, and sprayed containers. Ink transfer decoration has excellent durability and product compatibility. A significant feature of this process is the ability to hold registration to below 0.015” tolerance.
Pad Printing
Pad Printing is an effective way to decorate glass bottles with a range of colors to achieve perfect registration. This process is mainly used to overcome decoration that needs to be accomplished on difficult surfaces.
Pressure Sensitive Labeling
Pressure Sensitive Labeling, or PSL, is the application of a pre printed adhesive graphic label to a glass container. This process is a common and cost effective application in the container decorating industry. The most important factor in precision labeling is to be able to hold tight tolerances for a wide range of container shapes.
