Lyons Blow Molding

Lyons Blow Molding (LBM) is one of the most versatile and flexible blow molders in the industry, offering one- to six-cavity production in container sizes ranging from 1 ounce to 1.5 gallons. LBM manufactures both custom and stock bottles with a wide range of applications on 12 production lines. With low minimum runs and short lead times, LBM can supply customized containers for small to large customers at a very competitive price.

Our in-house tool and die shop lets us make quick changeovers and modifications, significantly reducing lead times. Several of our extrusion machines offer view-striping and/or in-line sleeve labeling. We can also silk-screen bottles after extrusion and offer other value-added services, such as fluorination.

With a distribution division that can add closures, labels, sleeves and cartons, we can ship completed packages or warehouse them for future delivery. For companies whose packaging must be UN compliant, we maintain our fully-equipped UN/ISTA certification laboratory and can customize a package that meets all regulatory requirements.
