Product Information
Tamper Evident (TE) closures, also called Tamper Indicating (TI), incorporate a band connected to the tamper evident cap itself to be broken in order to open them. This provides the end user with an obvious indication that the bottle has been opened or compromised as the band disengages from the cap. Tamper Evident closures also protect the integrity of a product and limit product pilfering. When choosing a tamper evident cap, the bottle should be specifically designed to accept a tamper evident closure.
Tamper evident closures are commonly used in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries and are available in 28 to 48mm sizes.
