Product Information
Sprayer bottles are regularly oval or oblong in shape. They are commonly manufactured in HDPE and PET resins. They can also be manufactured in lighter gram weights or with a combination of HDPE and PCR resins to meet one of the compliance options for the California Rigid Plastic Packaging Container (RPPC) Program.
The Sprayer is available in a wide variety of capacities and carton pack configurations. The Sprayer features multiple neck finish options, often calling out for a Ratchet Neck Sprayer. Standard colors for the Sprayer Bottle include White, Natural, and Clear with Custom Colors available as well.
Some applications may also require a view strip or graduations, which can also be an option. The majority of resins used for manufacturing Sprayer bottles meet FDA requirements for food contact. Sprayers can be enhanced through the use of decoration, labels, and surface treatments. Various Trigger Sprayer options are available (please click on link to Caps/Closures under Enhancements below).
