Cylinder Bottles are the most basic bottle style. They have straight walls, and little to no rounding of the shoulders, often referred to as having flat shoulders” in the industry. The cylinder bottle offers a large a variety of neck finishes ranging from 15mm – 38mm sizes (click on Caps / Closures link under Enhancements below) and typically come in Natural, White, or Clear colors, but are also available in Custom Colors. These containers are made with various resins, HDPE, LDPE, or PET. Cylinder packaging communicates economy and value and also comes in a cylinder jar form.
These containers can be enhanced through the use of decoration, labels, as well as surface treatments while still offering an economical packaging solution. The majority of resins used for the manufacturing of cylinder bottles meet FDA requirements for food contact.
